You will tour the property learning about biological farming, olive oil and table olives, sustainable vineyard practices and why ‘terroir’ plays such an important role in producing great wines. Learn all about seasonal produce in the ‘kitchen’ garden, while touching, feeling, smelling and being a part of the food you will then cook. Then guided by our chef use your culinary skills to create a true “paddock to plate dish.” Once the hard work is done sit down and enjoy your food creation with a glass of Estate Grown Wine.
